Below is a Twitter post I selected from my feed that I found to be particularly interesting. I plan to share tweets like this in the future, but at this time I don’t know how regularly I will do that based on the demands of all the other things on which I am working.

This post reminded me of the importance of culture in our organizations and ministries. While the tweet is focused on the administrator’s role, all of us should ponder what we can do to build a culture of learning and service with our colleagues.
