This week I had the opportunity to work with administrators from my region. I was asked to provide opportunities and support for school leaders in leveraging artificial intelligence for their administrative tasks. I utilized AI to create list of tasks AI can support, and then curated the list. I also added strategies that I have found helpful in leveraging AI for productivity in Lutheran school settings.

What I found was that there was far less exploration. There was a greater desire for conversation about AI. This conversation was not just about administrative tasks. It was also about how to lead schools and ministries in the AI age. While the session morphed from its original purpose, these discussions ended up having great value.
