AI and Education Reading — November and December 2025

I have continued my efforts to stay on top of emerging news and strategies related to artificial intelligence (AI) and education at the end of 2025. My reading lists, along with a few comments, can be found on my “What I Am Reading” page.

It seems there is a weariness setting in among professional educators about AI. For high school and college students, AI is already embedded into their workflows and lifestyles. Meanwhile, educators are still grappling with strategies for this new era. These strategies are often easy for students to bypass. I especially encourage you to look at the article entitled “AI Conversations Behind Closed Doors” from the December 2025 list. A teacher engaged in candid conversations with some of his students. These discussions reveal how students think about AI. They also show how teachers try to manage with new lessons and strategies.

Feel free to share any articles that you find helpful with me. I would love to hear from you!
