Tuesday was my last class period with my Lights Academy seniors. I have worked with these thirteen students intently over the past two years in our project-based learning environment. This post is simply a tribute to them. Thanks to each of them for…..
- Taking a chance on Lights Academy, something that is still a challenge to explain and different from their standard school experience.
- Sharing their gifts and talents with me and our school community.
- Allowing me to fail and learn from my work with them and being gracious with this.
- Embracing the challenges of learning with not just breadth but of depth as well.
You all will be missed. God’s blessings to each of you as you head toward graduation and the new challenges of college.
Congratulations to you and your students!
May God continue to bless you all.
