Curated AI Resources for Education

Yesterday I had the opportunity to lead a session with administrators in our Rocky Mountain District of Lutheran schools on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education. A good portion of the session was time for participants to experiment with AI tools and services and then to share their learning with their peers. A few had already used AI for professional and personal tasks. However, for most this was their first experience with AI, and so the sharing and conversations that revolved around the experience were extremely rich.

Here are two links that were a part of the experience. The first is a list of curated AI resources I created for the session. Note that is not a comprehensive list of what could have been shared (that likely would have been overwhelming), but rather it is a list that served to get novices started in exploring with AI. The first link actually points to a page a created on this FaithEdTech site. The second link is a list of AI query prompts and ideas shared by the administrators as they worked with AI during our session. Here are the links:

I hope that these links might be helpful to some of you as AI exploration ideas. Also, I would be grateful if you send along to me any links that you believe could be added to the resources page. With AI emerging and changing so quickly, it is essential that we work together to make sense of what is happening in education in society.
